Organization Confusion

On the submission form there is a field for Organization, which says not to enter anything unless you choose "Organization" from the Submitter Type drop down below. There is no such option there, only for individuals or teams.

I want my company listed for tax purposes and not me individually. Also, is an organization considered non-profit only or both? Thanks a bunch and Happy New Year!
