App Documentation issues--this is urgent
Hello Moderators, my apps has so many features that needs an explicit explanations. Each features has sub features as well. Posting it here with diagrammatical illustrations may seem to occupy spaces as the app is heavy on its own. Can I provide the documentation in another android app or within the main app built for the contest. How do I go about with this issue. Thanks

Part of the challenge is to be able to convey the value of your app in the shortest amount of time. The most important thing you can do to increase your changes of catching judges attention is a concise video (3 minutes is ideal, 5 max) that can explain the value of the app, in addition to features.
You want to avoid purely a feature walk-through, but you definitely want to prioritize and emphasize your "killer features", as well as explain the business/market value. I hope these are helpful tips. Challengers that can nail this will have a leg up.

Hi bernouli, I completely understand where you are coming from, been in similar circumstances myself. You are welcome to do what you feel is best. If your app is just plain awesome and the judges will get sucked in to evaluate the details, you'll be in good shape. However, it may help to know the judging style of this challenge.
If you have ever seen "Shark Tank" or TechCrunch Disrupt, the presenters dont have 20 minutes, they only have as much as 5 on stage. Those teams work really hard to cut what they show to judges down to what really matters most and sell them on the app as quickly as possible. That is the style and approach you will find with our judges. They are definitely interested in the thoroughness and vast capabilities an app might provide, but there may not be time to get into the details. Some things need to be shown for shock and awe, others just need to be reduced to a talking point which will still boost the confidence of the judge that you've got a lot more covered for the users than you could actually show in your presentation.
An approach you might consider is both. Provide a short video that strives for what I mentioned here, and also provide full documentation so that intrigued judges can really dig in. I assume you don't have a website to host such documentation or offer a tutorial, hence the .apk question. Can you use a word or pdf doc instead?
