Were all Judges of this contest from united states(urgent)

My apps makes use of Push technology to send push notifications messages to users mobile devices in any events. In my app, I have coded it to just allow message pushing only to users in united states via their code(+1 ). Is this an Issue to Judges. What are Judges opinions on these.

  There is no problem with for the purposes of the competition that your app only pushes to users in the United States. However, one of the judges is from Israel. We will let him know of this limitation and see what would like to have done.

  I may have spoken prematurely. The non-US based judge may actually be located in London. Either way, I will get you the country code for the correct location. Israel is +972. The country code for London (UK) is +44 with a city code of 20 for London. We will confirm tomorrow.
