Tagline text won't Save to Draft

I can't get the 140 character tweetable message to update in the tagline* field
I don't have a twitter account is that the problem? It looks like a required field. I'm just submitting text copied over from a word doc.

  That's odd. Have you checked the character count? Or maybe try to copy to notepad and then to the form?
